Snappy’s Customer Loyalty Study found that:

  • 91% of respondents prefer loyalty programs that let them choose their own gift, which highlights the power of personalization.
  • Most tellingly, 72% of consumers said they’re likely to join a loyalty program before making a purchase. 

Gifting doesn’t just reward; it resonates. It transforms everyday interactions into standout moments that make people feel appreciated.

Gifting integrates perfectly into existing loyalty strategies at key customer moments:
